PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. BY CLICKING THE “PURCHASE” BUTTON AND/OR SUBMITTING PAYMENT, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Purchase Price & Agreement
The agreed purchase price for this handmade baby is $1,200.00 USD, plus applicable shipping and insurance charges.
By clicking the “Purchase” button and submitting payment, the Buyer is confirming their intent to purchase the baby at the stated purchase price and is entering into a binding purchase agreement with the Seller, subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
2. Payment
Payment in full must be received through PayPal unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Seller.
Payment constitutes the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirms the purchase agreement.
3. Shipping & Insurance
Shipping and insurance charges are not included in the $1,200.00 purchase price unless specifically stated otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - If the actual shipping/ insurance / tariff cost differs from any amount previously paid or estimated, the difference may be handled by a separate PayPal invoice issued to the Buyer for the additional amount
4. Final Sale / No Cancellation
All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Once payment has been received, the baby is considered sold and reserved exclusively for the Buyer and will be removed from the market.
The Buyer may not cancel, transfer, assign, or otherwise relinquish the purchase after payment has been submitted. No refunds or returns will be provided except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.
Because this is a one-of-a-kind handmade item, the Seller is relying upon the Buyer’s commitment to purchase when removing the item from the market and declining other potential buyers.
5. Shipping
The baby doll will be prepared for shipment after:
- The purchase price has been paid in full;
- Any applicable shipping and insurance charges have been paid;
- The agreed-upon pour/creation process has been completed; and
- The Seller has confirmed that the item is ready for shipment.
The Seller will provide the Buyer with applicable tracking information once the package has been shipped.
6. Shipping Address
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
The Seller is not responsible for delays, additional charges, loss, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the Buyer.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable governmental authority.
The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot guarantee whether customs fees or duties will be assessed.
8. Buyer Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- They have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- They understand the total purchase price and that shipping/insurance may be additional;
- They understand that the item will be removed from the market and reserved for them upon payment;
- They understand and accept the Seller’s final-sale policy to the extent permitted by applicable law; and
- They have provided accurate information necessary to complete the transaction and shipment.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any written agreement specifically made between the Buyer and Seller regarding this purchase, constitute the entire agreement concerning the sale.
Any modification, exception, or waiver of these Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in writing by both the Buyer and Seller.
10. Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the transaction and the jurisdiction in which the Seller is located, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
